Strings

Hello! My name is Veena Fleming! While this is my 3rd year of teaching, this is my first official year as an Orchestra Director. I am currently split between Widefield Elementary and Mesa Ridge High School where I teach orchestra at both.

Along with teaching , I currently play in the Pueblo Symphony Orchestra as a violinist and Mariachi Lobos as their lead violinist. I also am the manager, strings specialist, and assistant conductor of the Pueblo Youth Symphony. Among all these, I also teach violin privately.

In my free time, besides practicing my violin, I love to paint, do various art activities, read, take care of my many cats and lizards, play chess and DnD, and hang out with friends. 

I am looking forward to teaching all of our students at both WESA and MRHS and getting to know you all!
